Site Solutions Worldwide has successfully worked with the United States Government on numerous programs for over ten years. We have strong vendor, hotel, and Convention and Visitors Bureau partner relationships that we utilize to support our clients’ programs, not only in Washington, D.C., but also around the world.

Contract Negotiations

We have a proven track record of negotiating the best rates with vendors. Once we receive a detailed list of equipment needs, we create an RFP and submit best prices / value to the Government for an approval decision. We then work with the group(s) to maintain schedules and requirements and provide the Government with all necessary information on setup requirements and scheduling issues.

We train our hotel partners and their staff to the needs of each program, spending time before the program to prepare them and to communicate the information that allows them to schedule their time appropriately. We have on-site staff for the purpose of resolving berthing issues; assisting in handling early arrivals and late departures; working to provide cost savings and reduced penalties; and resolving any hotel logistical problems, such as cleaning, refreshing the water stations, etc.


Cost Savings

We are committed to participating in the planning meetings held for each event. This participation may either be via telephone, video conferencing or in person. Site Solutions Worldwide has the ability to develop a web-based reservation system specifically for our clients’ programs, providing their staff with unlimited access. This system provides a tool for managing overall cost; tracking reservations in multiple locations, reservation changes, and instantaneous reservations communications to hotel reservation departments; minimizing errors; and reducing potential penalties.
