Site Solutions Worldwide and the Department of State will be partnering once again in October 2011

As part of our continuing relationship with the Major Events Division of the US Department of State, Site Solutions Worldwide will be providing lodging during the 2011 Pan Am Games being held in Guadalajara, Mexico. The Pan Am Games are a multi-sport event held every 4 years the year before the Summer Olympics.

The National Center for APEC has chosen Site Solutions Worldwide to provide full meeting planning services for APEC 2011

The National Center for APEC is the lead organization in the APEC 2011 USA Host Committee. Site Solutions Worldwide has been contract to assist with coordinating all private sector events and activities related to the US hosting of APEC in 2011, including organization of ministerial side events, the 2011 APEC CEO Summit and chairing the APEC 2011 USA Host Committee. Meetings will be held throughout the year across the country, culminating in November with the annual Economic Leaders’ Meeting and CEO Summit in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Site Solutions Worldwide is London-bound for the 2012 Summer Olympics

The staff at Site Solutions Worldwide has already made a few trips to London in support of our ongoing relationship with the US Department of State. As in Vancouver, multiple hotels near Olympic venues will be contracted to provide accommodations for event security personnel.

The Major Events Division of the Dept of State has asked Site Solutions Worldwide to help in providing accommodations for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa!

The work scope will include working with the International Athletic Event Security Coordination Group (IAESCG) security and support staff personnel who are assigned to assist the Embassy Country Team in Pretoria, South Africa for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
