Site Solutions Worldwide is a dedicated team of creative professionals specializing in all aspects of meeting services including site selection, meeting management, contract negotiations, online registration, speaker coordination, exhibitor coordination and on-site meeting management.  We are committed to providing superior service through timely communications, innovative solutions and consistent high quality results.  As an extension of our clients' staff, we support their needs by utilizing global resources and by implementing our diverse knowledge of the meeting planning industry.

Site Solutions Worldwide began as a site selection company and evolved into a full service meeting planning company due to the desire of the owner as well as the demands of our clients. Incorporated in 2001, the company currently offers a staff of 14 professionals with experience in the hospitality industry including staff with CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) credentials as well as staff holding degrees in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, and Marketing. Site Solutions Worldwide has worked with various market segments including corporate clients such as Pitney Bowes/Map Info, General Electric and Autotask, association clients such as the Spina Bifida Association, the Society for Melanoma Research, and the Intecom Users Group Association, and government agencies such as the US Department of State, US Coast Guard, US Department of Treasury and US Department of Homeland Security.

Site Solutions Worldwide has utilized our experience to grow and enhance the services we offer. As an example, in 2003 the company embarked on creating a customizable online registration system based on the needs of our clients and meeting planners. After two years in development, for the past 4 years our online registration system has proved to be a valuable tool to our clients.
